"Building a World Class Supply Chain at Harris Corporation" Ms. Lindsay will discuss the current supply chain transformation in progress at Harris Corporation. She will discuss the importance of customer intimacy, operational excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Ms. Lindsay’s presentation will highlight how Harris’ supply chain operations team is working with engineering to make better, more informed design decisions for improved supply chain performance. About the Speaker Janice M. Lindsay is Vice President, Strategic Sourcing at Harris Corporation. Ms. Lindsay provides companywide leadership in the areas of sourcing, procurement, logistics, and operations strategy and execution. She is leading the creation of an enterprise-wide, supply chain operating system designed to enable Harris Corporation to revolutionize and transform its supply chain operations. Janice joined Harris Corporation in 2004. Prior to joining Harris Corporation, Ms. Lindsay held management positions of increasing responsibility at one of the featured companies of “Good to Great”, Pitney Bowes Inc, as well as Dictaphone Corporation, its subsidiary. Janice’s most recent roles included vice president- customer service operations, director- transformation, controller, and director- call center operations.
