Biography Of

Robert (Bob) Novak

Vice President of Operations, DRS Technologies, Inc. Mr. Novak leads the Operations organization at the DRS Tactical Systems division in Melbourne, Florida, with responsibility for Manufacturing, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, and Quality. He is the Champion of Tactical Systems’ Lean Six Sigma program and currently leads DRS corporate initiatives for Supply Chain Quality. Prior to his current role, Mr. Novak held senior management positions in Program Management and Quality with DRS Technologies, REMEC, and Lockheed Martin. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, he holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Engineering and is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality.
